"Does anyone know what time it is - does anybody really care?" is not just a line from an old song. Why do we need a leap year every four years to correct the advent of spring? Why is the twelfth month of the year spelled with "Dec" meaning 'tenth'? Our Creator left us with Scriptures to calculate and identify His appointed times and seasons. The Bible clearly teaches when a day starts - when a day ends- when the months begin - and when each new year is to be marked. Traditional thinking has brought into our every day vernacular the names of pagan gods. The catastrophic flood of Noah changed everything. Modern man can and should be familiar with the calendar that sits on God's desk!
